Figure Lifestyle Coaching is coaching from a place of self awareness and self acceptance. When competing in Figure is more than a diet and training program but a quest for personal evolution, then you are ready for Figure Lifestyle Coaching. Together we create a healthy relationship with the sport that flows with your life, fusing together mind and body; mission and purpose with physique perfection.

In Figure Lifestyle Coaching I will restructure your training and nutrition program to fit your lifestyle, your goals and your metabolism. We will create together the most perfect body while maintaining integrity in all other areas of your life.

We will of course go over suit selection and color, tanning, makeup, posing and my 3 and 6 month programs also come with a one on one posing session with me and my Competitive Advantage Hypnosis Series for complete body and mind integration. You will also have access to my online fitness community to my small network of clients to help motivate each other and share experiences and learn from each other.

As a competitive athlete myself for 20 years now, I know that our passion and drive for competition runs deeper than just looking good on stage. I will push you, make no mistake about it. Competing in Figure is certainly not for the faint of heart.
