Hello
Friends,
This
is Nancy and I just wanted to share a quick message with you all
about how excited I am about my new E-Book Releasing The
Diet Drama. This book has been getting a remarkable response,
I was getting testimonials literally less than a day after the book
became available.
I know what it is like to diet and train and get ready for competition,
I have been competing for 20 years now. I will not only take you
step by step through the phases of competition dieting but I will
show you the challenges we all face as well as a systematic way
out of that roller coaster on season/off season body we all strive
to avoid but for some reason fall into the same trap after every
show.
I
am not going to try to hype the book in anyway or give you a long
explanation of why you need it. You are busy and I respect that.
You will get plenty of reading in the book. If you feel drama over
food, it's real simple, buy the book! I guarantee you will be on
the edge of your seat from the very first page. I will take you
places you did not think even possible. In the end you will be satisfied
and relieved with a new found sense of direction and passion with
whatever phase you are in.

Nancy:
Just wanted to let you know that I read your book (in one sitting),
and it is truly amazing!! I don't know if I have ever read any one
document which completely captured the "essence" of this
sport~~your references to the emotional aspect of dieting, competing;
replete with the references to narcissism, were spot on!! I recognized
many aspects of each one of my own journeys when I commit to do a
show(s), from beginning to end. I particularly appreciate your chapters
about coming off of the diet and the off season struggle; we create
such a unique situation by embracing the competitive life that it
is truly a struggle to balance that tenacity and single-mindedness
of purpose with a life free of such discipline. Thank you for writing
this~~it should be required reading for everyone/anyone competing
and/or contemplating a competition. Also, I just loved the references
to the teachings of Tao; is there a book that you could recommend
that contains all of the chapters of his teachings? I would love to
have one at home....
Thank you again!!!

Hello
Nancy!
I want to express my feelings on your wonderful E-book. It is delightful,
easy-reading, well-organized, an eye-opener of the real world of
competition dieting!!! Real as it can get, you tell the truth as
it is!
First of all, one of the main part that caught my attention was
the way the 3 phases of competition dieting have been analyzed and
organized into a perfect place and time. They are very explanatory
and I loved how every aspect and topic you discussed was just flowing
into a perfect order and place. I also really enjoyed the parts
whenever you outlined, in a very easy-to-remember blue sketches,
about each game plan and main points. I found that very self-visualizing
and very helpful. Moreover, the worksheets and questionnaires at
the very end of the book are going to be real useful on a daily
basis. I also found interesting to get some "Zen" from
the Tao's quotations at the end of every chapter and how they always
relate in perfect harmony to that particular chapter! In conclusion,
I know as a fact that this is going to be our daily Bible from now
on!
I will definitely spread the voice about your first E-book to anyone!!!!
It is going to be a huge hit!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Luv You Coach!!!

Oh! I also forgot to tell you i really enjoyed all the chapters
and one of them i really liked was chapter 6, BECOMING YOUR OWN
CHAMPION. Also i liked chapter 9 and 11 and honestly, all of them
in the book take you step by step into a self-visualization of our
journey to excel and better understanding ourselves through our
ultimate goals!

I
have never seen such an in depth and informative look at the mental
side of the dieting process that competitors must go through to
get ready for the stage.
As
a former competitive body builder, I found it enlightening, funny
and interesting.
Your
eBook is a great tool that is a must have for anyone looking to
compete or simply get in optimal shape.
The
eBook entices us to examine our feelings and helps us understand
that we don't need to mentally beat ourselves up over the cravings
and craziness that we sometimes (OK, always) fall victim to when
dieting
for a show.
The
information in "Releasing The Diet Drama" helped me to
better understand the emotional side of where my mind is taking
me during the dieting, maintenance and off season phases.
Nancy's
expertise, wisdom and storytelling will help make the journey to
a contest ready physique enlightening, easier and almost downright
enjoyable.
I
loved it!
I
can't imagine anyone who may be considering competing or attempting
to get into great shape without it.

Hi
Nancy! How are you doing? Just wanted to tell you, I read your e-book
and
The
book tells about something which so many of us struggle with but
something we don't want to admit. No one related physique sport
wants to admit that "hey, I am having problems with my eating
and I am totally out of control!" and the circle is ready -
contest prep and diet, coming off and eating yourself fat,
then start to diet again with or without contest coming up, and
the story goes on and on. I am happy that you Nancy took this subject
and wrote about it. I am sure this book helps everyone to recognize
the problem, admit it and it makes everyone to think deeper. The
book gives tools to do it all - dieting and
coming off - with healthier way. And I think many of women, who
do not compete, should read this too. It is not only competitors
who have problems to first diet down and then after that, have a
good relationships with FOOD. This was awesome, thanks!
Have
a good day,
Anne P.
